Alignment Health Plan offers a variety of Medicare Advantage plan options and welcomes anyone eligible for Medicare who lives within our service area to join us.

If you are eligible for Medicare, or already enrolled in a Medicare plan, you may enroll in or make changes to your plan during specific enrollment periods set by the federal government throughout the year. An industry-first program, Alignment Health’s ACCESS On-Demand Concierge offers 24/7 access to a concierge team dedicated to serving our members’ health needs — from making appointments to scheduling transportation, accessing benefits and discussing health care-related topics with a clinician. While benefits vary by plan, some include a monthly over-the-counter (OTC) benefit that allows members to use their ACCESS On-Demand Concierge Card as a debit card with dedicated money to buy eligible items at more than 65,000 participating retailers across the country. The program is available exclusively to Alignment Health Plan members at no additional cost.
